Vivian Paley
Vivian Paley, the only kindergarten teacher to receive a MacArthur "genius grant," has written more than 10 books about life in the classroom. The Child Care Collection had the privilege of filming Paley at work in an Indiana preschool and of producing 3 programs about her work. Find out more on our Paley pages.
